October 20, 2025

October 20, 2025 /SemiMedia/ — Arrow Electronics announced that the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has officially approved the removal of several Arrow affiliates — including Arrow (China) Electronics Trading Co., Ltd., Arrow Components Agent Ltd., and Arrow Asia Pac Ltd. — from the Entity List additions issued on October 8, 2025.

Although the formal delisting will be published in the Federal Register at a later date, BIS has granted Arrow prior authorization to resume business transactions with these affiliates.

The authorization allows Arrow to restart shipments and operations under the same regulatory conditions that existed before the October listing. The company reaffirmed its full compliance with the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and other applicable trade laws, highlighting its ongoing commitment to maintaining transparency and responsibility in the semiconductor supply chain.

Arrow stated that it will continue strengthening its global trade compliance framework through continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration, aiming to ensure robust and efficient operations amid evolving export control requirements.
