Dialog's chip supply chain will return to normal in the second quarter

According to Reuters, Dialog Semiconductor said on Wednesday that its chip supply chain and contract manufacturers are expected to return to normal in the second quarter due to the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Dialog predicts that excluding its PMIC business for Apple iPhones, revenue will increase by the middle of this year. In addition, Dialog also forecasted revenue in the first quarter of this year between $220 million and $250 million. This revenue trend reflects the impact of the outbreak of the COVID-19 on contract manufacturers and demand.

Dialog said that assuming supply chain and contract manufacturers will return to normal in the second quarter of 2020, basic gross margin is expected to gradually increase.
