October 28, 2026 / SemiMedia / — Wuhan P&S Information Technology has stopped quoting STMicroelectronics products as ST seeks to end its distribution relationship with the company, according to semiconductor supply-chain sources. The two companies are discussing the proposed termination and arrangements for the business transition.

The distributor has notified some customers that supplies of certain ST products could be affected by the manufacturer’s supply arrangements during the discussions.

Industry sources said Wuhan P&S had already scaled back its ST business. Responding to the proposed change, the distributor said it represents more than 100 manufacturers and adjusts its product lines based on downstream customer demand.
