October 29, 2026 / SemiMedia / — ASM International expects revenue to exceed €5.7 billion at constant currencies in 2027, bringing forward its 2030 sales target by three years as AI related semiconductor capacity investment drives demand for its deposition equipment.
The Dutch equipment maker forecasts fourth quarter 2026 revenue of €1.23 billion, plus or minus 5 percent, at constant currencies. Third quarter revenue reached €1.159 billion, with growth led by advanced logic and foundry investment and stronger memory sales.
Advanced logic and foundry are expected to remain the largest growth driver in 2027. ASM pointed to continued 2nm investment and momentum at 1.4nm, alongside expected growth in memory.
ASM specializes in atomic layer deposition, which forms extremely thin films on silicon wafers. Its equipment supports precise material deposition used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
The company also warned that supply chain conditions are increasingly tight. It is working with suppliers and customers to support planned shipment growth, making component availability an important factor in delivering its higher revenue outlook.
