Employees at ROHM's Philippine factory test positive for COVID-19

Last week, ROHM Semiconductor issued an announcement stating that multiple employees of its Philippine factory were tested COVID-19 positive.

In order to ensure the safety and health of employees and prevent the spread of the virus, ROHM requires employees who have close contact with the infected person to stay at home for two weeks. And closed the workplaces of the infected employees to ensure complete disinfection.

In addition, ROHM Semiconductor said that since last Thursday, some facilities in the affected areas have resumed operations.

The Philippines factory mainly produces IC, Sensor/MEMS, Transistor, Diode, Resistor. At present, ROHM Semiconductor has not announced whether this incident will affect production and lead time
