According to Mouser Electronics, it will open a new European customer service center in Wroclaw, Poland. The center is Mouser's 10th office in Europe and is the 24th office worldwide.

In 2018, Mouser's business in Europe increased by nearly 50% and customers increased by 18%. To meet this growing demand, the company's new customer service center in Poland will employ a full-service staff to personally assist orders in local language, time zone and currency, answer technical questions and respond to customer calls.

“In 2018, Mouser’s business in Poland has grown significantly. Poland is a major manufacturing area with a large number of activities, especially in the areas of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and electronic manufacturing services (EMS). We look forward to developing our business and supporting our customers through local offices and employees,” said Mark Burr-Lonnon, Senior Vice President of Global Services and EMEA and Asia Pacific Operations at Mouser.
