Microchip and Microsemi are under negotiation for an acquisition

As disclosure, Microchip and Microsemi are now under negotiation for an acquisition. As we know, Microsemi is a semiconductor manufacturer who focus on producing components for military and aerospace purpose, if Microchip successfully merge Microsemi, it will influence the world semiconductor market in a significant extent.

According to the disclosure, the selling price of Microsemi will be around 60$-70$ per share. As regards the current stock market trend, Microsemi’s stock price is increasing currently, it probably been affected by this acquisition case.
