According to Reuters, SiFive Inc said on Tuesday that it has raised an additional $60 million from investors including SK Hynix and Saudi Aramco.

In addition, SiFive also said that its existing investors Intel, Qualcomm and the venture capital arm of Western Digital have also joined this round of financing.

SiFive's RISC-V architecture processor has more than 100 licenses, and 6 of the world's top 10 semiconductor companies are customers of the company, including Qualcomm and SK Hynix.

In order to expand the Chinese market, SiFive established an independent company SiFive China in Shanghai. It operates independently in China and is not a subsidiary of SiFive.
