Goodix establishes subsidiaries in Netherlands, Belgium, France, India to take over NXP VAS business

On November 24, Goodix Technology announced that it had established four subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and India through Goodix Hong Kong. Goodix will use these companies to take over fixed assets, inventory, proprietary technology and intellectual property related to NXP's VAS business to accelerate the acquisition of NXP VAS.

Goodix's CEO Zhang Fan revealed recently that the acquisition of the NXP VAS business is currently underway, and relevant approvals and integrations are being completed in accordance with the plan.

Zhang Fan further stated that voice is the most natural way for humans and machines to communicate, this is also the future business direction of Goodix. The addition of VAS can help customers create smart products with stronger competitiveness and strong voice capabilities, including mobile phones and tablets And other portable devices.
