Arrow Electronics recently announced that it has entered into a distribution expansion agreement with Cree's Wolfspeed division, making Arrow Electronics the largest global distributor of Cree. Arrow has exhibited an 150 kW off-site charging station for the Internet of Things that relies on Wolfspeed silicon carbide technology at the Electronica show in Munich.

“We are excited to extend our franchise to Wolfspeed's power and RF solutions,” said David West, senior vice president of global marketing and engineering at Arrow. “The agreement provides our customers with more technology choices for continuous product innovation.”

"We are committed to ensuring that our customers can use our premium SiC-based semiconductor devices," said Thomas Wessel, senior vice president of global sales and marketing at Cree. “Arrow's global sales team enables us to reach more markets and customers faster and more efficiently through proven partner solutions.”
