March 9, 2026 /SemiMedia/ — Tower Semiconductor said its manufacturing operations in Israel are continuing as usual despite the current security situation in the region.

The company said its Israeli facility has been classified by authorities as an essential operation and remains fully active under government guidance.

Tower Semiconductor added that it has taken steps to protect employees while keeping production running and meeting customer commitments. The company said it will provide updates if there are any changes to the situation.

The Israel-based foundry mainly produces specialty semiconductors such as analog, power management and RF chips, which are widely used in industrial, automotive and communications applications.
