November 10, 2025 /SemiMedia/ — Global semiconductor sales reached $208.4 billion in the third quarter of 2025, up 15.8% from the second quarter, the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) said, citing stronger demand across memory and logic.

September revenue came in at $69.5 billion, up 25.1% from a year earlier and 7.0% above August, showing that the end of quarter order trend remained firm.

SIA said revenue growth was led by Asia-Pacific excluding China and Japan, and the Americas. U.S. demand continued to reflect data center and high-performance computing pull, while Asia’s recovery showed improving utilization at module and system makers. Japan was the only region showing a year-on-year decline.
