Today, Future Electronics, the world's leading electronic component distributor, will host the Nebula IoT Development Platform in Aalst, Belgium.

With the rapid expansion of the Internet of Things (IoT) market, making products available for connectivity is a fundamental issue for manufacturers. This hands-on training seminar is designed to give developers everything they need to develop cloud connectivity products using Nebula IoT reference design boards, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® platforms. Seminar participants will learn about the latest developments in Bluetooth Low Energy and Wi-Fi, and will learn more about how these technologies work. They will also receive professional guidance from Future Electronics technicians to learn how to start using Nebula and how to navigate the WICED development environment.

The Nebula IoT Development Platform is for design and development engineers and will feature demonstrations and hands-on lab courses. Nebula is based on the Cypress Semiconductor CYW4343W Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Classic (BR/EDR)/BLE chipset radio. Cypress Semiconductor's WICED® (wireless connection for embedded devices) is a full-featured platform that enables Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® connectivity in system designs. It is the only IoT SDK that integrates Wi-Fi and Bluetooth into an integrated development environment, while also leveraging many common industry standards.
