GlobalWafers says received orders from Infineon and ST for SiC substrates

According to reports, GlobaWafers recently disclosed that it has successively received orders for SiC substrates from automotive semiconductor companies such as STMicroelectronics and Infineon.

According to public information, GlobaWafers currently has a monthly production capacity of about 2,000 6-inch SiC substrates, which is expected to increase to 5,000 in 2022 and 10,000 per month by the end of 2023.
