Kioxia’s NAND flash memory shipments increased by more than 20% from the previous quarter, driven by rising demand in the peak season and demand from Apple’s new products. However, due to the average sales unit price falling by approximately 5%, the overall revenue was US $ 2.227 billion, a quarterly increase of only 14.3%.

Driven by demand in the peak season, Western Digital increased shipments by approximately 9% in the third quarter, and the average sales unit price also stopped falling. In the third quarter, revenue reached $ 1.632 billion, an increase of 8.4% from the previous quarter.

Based on the growth of mobile device shipments, Micron’s NAND flash revenue in the third quarter increased by 4.7% compared to the previous quarter to $ 1.53 billion. In terms of shipments, the quarter grew by more than 10%, but the average sales unit price fell by more than 5% in the quarter.

In the third quarter, Intel benefited from the significant increase in shipments of Enterprise SSD and Client SSD, with shipments growing by more than 50% quarterly and revenue reaching US $ 1.29 billion, a substantial increase of 37.2% from the previous quarter.
