November 3, 2026 / SemiMedia / — Kioxia Holdings expects consolidated net profit of ¥1.36 trillion for October through December 2026, approximately 15 times the year earlier level, as AI infrastructure investment supports NAND flash demand.
The forecast is below the ¥1.5932 trillion market consensus compiled by QUICK. Kioxia projects revenue of ¥2.5 trillion for the quarter, about 4.6 times the year earlier level, and operating profit of ¥1.995 trillion.
Strong data center storage demand, higher shipments and selling prices supported recent results. Revenue from the SSD and storage business reached ¥1.616 trillion in July through September, while smart device revenue, including smartphone applications, totaled ¥788.9 billion.
For the six months ended September, Kioxia reported net profit of ¥2.1978 trillion, roughly 37 times the year earlier level, on revenue of ¥4.2471 trillion.
The company also announced an interim dividend of ¥90 per share on a pre-split basis, reversing its earlier plan to make no interim payment. It paid no interim dividend for the comparable period last year.
