August 18, 2026 / SemiMedia / — Analog Devices is preparing a new pricing adjustment across its product portfolio, effective September 13, 2026, according to a recent customer communication.
The notice does not provide a universal increase percentage or a detailed list of affected part numbers. Actual changes will depend on product- and customer-specific pricing.
ADI attributed the adjustment to stronger demand, the need to secure additional semiconductor supply and continued inflation and manufacturing cost pressure.
The September pricing adjustment follows a July supply update in which selected ADI products moved to lead times of up to six months.
ADI reported record fiscal second-quarter revenue of $3.62 billion, up 37% year over year. The company also recorded its highest B2B bookings across the industrial, automotive and communications markets.
The company is increasing manufacturing flexibility through internal wafer capacity, external production partners and additional assembly and test capacity. ADI said these investments will help secure supply and support higher customer demand.
