U-blox has expanded its distribution agreement with Digi-Key. Prior to this, Digi-Key and u-blox's distribution agreement was limited to the Americas. After the expansion agreement, Digi-Key will be able to sell u-blox products worldwide.

U-blox products will now appear on all Digi-Key sites worldwide, including 80 national websites, which are traded in 28 different currencies. Digi-Key will bring u-blox technology and products to customers around the world. With this agreement, Digi-Key will provide a one-stop shop for customers who require any type of cellular, timing, positioning or short-range communications products.

“u-blox has always been a global provider and this partnership with Digi-Key aligns with that strategy, u-blox and Digi-Key together will be better able to support customer designs worldwide and provide fast access to development tools, evaluation boards, modules and silicon, making our customers’ lives easier and our business relationships more effective,” said Suresh Ram, President, u-blox Americas.

“This expansion brings powerful and innovative cellular, short-range radio and GNSS products to customers around the world,” said David Stein, VP, Global Supplier Management at Digi-Key.
