RS Components has signed a global distribution agreement with AVX Corporation. By signing the agreement, RS can now offer its customers more product choices and faster access to AVX's new products.

“Our new partnership with AVX extends the range of high-quality, market-leading products, and we can provide our customers with the latest innovations that enable us to further increase sales and deliver the best performance.” said Andy Keenan, vice president, Board-level Electronics at RS.

Graeme Dorkings, vice president of global sales for AVX, said: "We are pleased to expand our relationship with Electrocomponents plc, especially RS Components. For many years, RS has offered a limited range of AVX products, but we have been working hard to expand our product portfolio and have an exciting further growth plan for our new focus products."
