Digi-Key and Navitas sign global online distribution agreement

Last Thursday, Digi-Key Electronics and Navitas Semiconductor announced a distribution agreement, Digi-Key will begin to provide Navitas products to its global customers, accelerating the market penetration of GaNFastTM power ICs.

Navitas Semiconductor Inc. is the world's first and only GaN Power IC company, founded in 2014 and headquartered in El Segundo, California. Navitas has a strong and growing team of power semiconductor industry experts whose proprietary process design kits integrate the highest performance GaN FETs with GaN logic and GaN analog circuits. Navitas GaNFast Power IC delivers smaller, more energy efficient and lower cost power for the mobile, consumer, corporate and new energy markets.

"GaNFast IC is ideal, easy to use, powerful digital input, power output solution, and now, with Digi-Key's first-class service, this technology is readily available to all power electronics designers worldwide."
