Renesas plans to expand in U.S.

According to reports, Renesas Electronics recently proposed a plan to build a large new building in San Jose, California.

The report noted that Renesas is evaluating the feasibility of integrating an existing facility in southern San Jose.

The new three-storey building has a total area of 124,000 sq ft, with approximately 41,300 sq ft per floor, and will be used for R&D and general office use.
