Vishay updates status of factories affected by virus outbreak

Yesterday, Vishay officially released the operating status of its factories located around the world affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to earlier reports, these factories were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and caused closures or production disruptions. According to Vishay's latest notice, its factories in France, Dominican Republic and the Philippines have improved slightly from March 26, while factories in Italy, Malaysia and India have remained unchanged. In addition, Vishay has added its Mexican factory to the list, which has not been reported before.

Apart from the forementioned factories, Vishay said its other facilities are currently unaffected and fully operational.
