The price of passive components will remain stable next year

According to sources in the passive components industry, the price decline of passive components is slowing down, and the current inventory on the market is gradually returning to normal levels. It is expected that the price trend will return to normal conditions next year.

It is estimated that the price of passive components will only drop by about 3-5% in the fourth quarter, industry insiders pointed out that demand is gradually emerging, inventory of distributors and OEM customers are being consumed. In addition, passive component manufacturers' own inventory is also falling.

According to industry analysts, after the inventory is consumed, new demand will appear in early 2020. The emergence of new demand will play a positive role in the price, and the price in the first quarter of next year is expected to be the same as that in the fourth quarter of this year.
