Murata announces construction of new production building in Vietnam

Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. announced that its Vietnamese subsidiary, Murata Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd., will begin construction of a new production building in June 2022.

The new production building has a total investment of 4.32 billion yen, covers an area of 5,486 square meters, and has a total floor area of 22,637 square meters. It is planned to be completed in August 2023.

The new production building will provide the necessary infrastructure to cope with the growing demand for inductive coils for automotive and electronic equipment in medium and long-term production capacity.
