According to sources in the supply chain, Xilinx has issued price increases to customers, informing them that the prices of all Xilinx products will be increased in November.

Xilinx stated in the notice that the industry-wide semiconductor shortage has resulted in unprecedented obstacles as they work to meet their customers’ demand. Subsequently, Xilinx is working with their suppliers to secure capacity and maintain the supply to meet customer’s current and future needs. Consequently, Xilinx is facing significant cost increases.

To offset the increased costs, Xilinx will increase the prices of all current and future orders, all quotes and all shipments made on and after November 1st, 2021.9.29

Regarding the details of the price increase, the insider pointed out that the price of Xilinx's VersalTM series will increase by 10%, and all other products will increase by 20%, which will take effect on November 1, 2021.
