Today, an insider disclosed a lead time table from STMicroelectronics.

STMicroelectronics MCU’s lead time trend-SemiMedia

As indicates, the lead time for 8 bits MCUs are much longer than 32 bits MCUs and will be stable in the coming 6 months, in terms of the 32 bits MCUs, the lead time of STM32F0/ STM32F1/ STM32F3 and STM32L4 will get shorter gradually.

As reported last month, STMicroelectronics planned to reduce the 8 bits MCUs and to put the production line for 32 bits MCUs, this is the reason why some of the 32 bits MCUs lead time will be shorter in the coming 6 months.
