According to reports, Arrow Electronics has signed a partnership agreement with Infineon Technologies. The partnership agreement was signed at Infineon's OktoberTech Asia to increase the innovative capital of start-ups in Southeast Asia, India, Australia and New Zealand.

“With technologies rapidly evolving in the last few years, startups constantly face challenges to stay ahead of the game, they are often in need of engineering expertise, especially in areas such as wireless connectivity, sensing and controlling and system integration. This is where Arrow can come in to bridge these knowledge gaps and accelerate turning innovative ideas to impactful inventions,” said Natarajan MM, vice president of sales for South Asia at Arrow.

“We are very pleased to have a long-term cooperation with Infineon and put into use various innovative Infineon products in the hands of innovative products and engineers, especially in the fields of self-driving cars, electric low-speed vehicles, robots, and industrial 4.0 applications," Natarajan stressed.

Chua Chee Seong, President and Managing Director of Infineon Asia Pacific, said: "Infineon offers a variety of microelectronics technologies that connect the data world to the real world (from sensors to security chips). The collaboration between Infineon and Arrow Electronics will provide start-ups with the ability and innovation to develop the next generation of smart and intuitive devices."
