ON Semiconductor announced that Christine Yan has joined its board of directors.

Ms. Yan has been the Vice President of Integration for Stanley Black&Decker (SWK) since January 2018, leading the company's successful acquisition of Nelson Fastener Systems. Prior to this position, Ms. Yan served as President of Stanley Black&Decker Asia and as President of Stanley Storage and Workspace Systems. Ms. Yan began her engineering internship at Black&Decker in 1989 and became the company's first female president in 2006. Ms. Yan is also a director of Modine Manufacturing Company (MOD).
